Most founders struggled. Not because the answers weren't there — but because they'd never been asked the right questions in the right order. The story was always there. It just lived in instinct, in fragments, in the version they told on a good day.
From that conversation, we'd build a master messaging document. It became the source of truth for everything — brand story, positioning, messaging guidelines, platform-specific copy. Every touchpoint would build on the last one instead of contradicting it.
